Payment

The booking will be considered after 25% deposit made by Bank Transfer. The client is responsible for any transfer charges.

Four weeks before start your holidays, must be done the final payment. If it is not paid, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, retaining the deposit and apply cancellation charges below.

Cancellation

Any cancellation must be in writing, with confirmed reception by us.

The following charges apply:

• 4 weeks notification 20% deposit retained
• 3 weeks notification 40% holiday charge
• 2 weeks notification 75% holiday charge
• 1 week notification 80% holiday charge

A personal and holidays insurance is highly recommended in order to cover any health problem or accident, etc.
